A note from the Commish:
Welcome to the second year of the Jerry Fantasy League! That's right, we're BACK! Thank you all for participating in what will be an amazing and action-packed season.
Most of you are returning teams, so you're familiar with how the league works. However, there have been quite a few changes to the rules this year. The purpose of this "constitution" is to define the laws of the league for your reference and serve as the guiding document to enforce those rules during the season.
For our two new teams, "Jerry" is short for "jerry-rig" — throwing something together that might work… or might not. That's Fantasy Football in a nutshell. Nobody can reliably forecast the future, so this season, jerry your way to fantasy glory with confidence (or reckless abandon).
